Prep
That’s it, the pesto making is over. Lots of jars sitting in the larder waiting on freezer space becoming available. That was pretty much it for the day, the only time I left the house was to buy more olive oil. Was thinking about nipping up to the allotment but then it started sleeting. Got to love March weather.
Should’ve been flying to Munich tomorrow but the transport strikes have put the kibosh on that so am going on Wednesday instead. Hopefully!
