Whoops having to back blip as forgot to blip yesterday, how did that happen? Here is Graham watching me doing my exercises and looking very tired. He’s about to start week 4 of his radiotherapy and it’s getting harder but the end is in sight now. He suggested this photo could be for derelict Sunday but really he doesn’t look that bad.
