The bluebells seem to be reaching their peak this week. The early purple orchids are also doing really well - there is a patch in this wood of well over a hundred and they seem much larger than in previous years. Maybe tomorrow's blip. Off to Lewes now to (a) visit the dentist and (b) drop in on a photographic exhibition ('Hidden Charleston') that one of my online friends has at the Pelham.
