Lettuce & Tomatoes

Social Media seems to be full of fresh vegetable issues in the UK. Apparently Turnips are IN. Three or four times a week we get boxes of vegetables being thrown out by a local supermarket. It was meant to just be lettuce like stuff for our chickens during winter, but increasingly fruit & other veg included. This isn't the best example, on good days we get loads of tomatoes and exotic things like mangos.

We could do with having a piglet!
