Pregnant Pause

These lamb-heavy ewes assumed I was there to feed them and gathered around me noisily, so I took advantage and got the camera out.


Feeling worn out this last week from an old surgical problem. It leaves me (sometimes doubled up) in pain and with a low grade fever.

However! It has been a beautiful spring day with warm sun and the sound of the skylarks on the fell. D is home for a couple of nights and we've crossed the milestone of the first mowing of the season.   All very cheering.
