Lifeboat Stations
We had a great night out last night and caught up with the lost hour from yesterday as we didn't get up too early. The sun was out and we had an enjoyable couple of hours walk around Tenby town and harbour. Despite being March there were a few people on the beach and town busy.
The blipfoto shows the old (red roof) and new lifeboat stations that are iconic of Tenby. The old one is now privately owned and let out as holiday accommodation. The new RNLI one next to it is open to the public and we had a walk around it. The photo' also shows Tenby castle and the statue of Prince Albert, King Consort, husband of Queen Victoria.
We left mid afternoon and stopped in Neath for Mrs BB to visit her elderly aunty whom we chatted with for nearly a couple of hours catching up on family things and life.
We got home this evening and although nice to get away, there's nothing like sleeping in your own bed!
