It’s Time

Snow is dying, now visible only in the woods or as sparse remains of a once mighty snowbank. Life is good • Today we pulled out a couple of chairs from the shed to set out on the front patio, pulled up the reflectors that we placed along the edge of our property in the fall for the city’s plow truck, and set out one of our nesting balls • Many songbirds build nests in the spring. Their favorite construction items include twigs, pine needles, leaves, moss and plant fluff. There’s plenty of everything they need in our yard • The Basketball Tournament games are winding down. After tonight the teams for the Final Four men’s and women’s will be set. The teams will then travel to Dallas, Texas to play their final one or two games over the weekend • We’re excited to see April fast approaching, because you know what they say: April showers bring May flowers :)
