Tuna

Seared Yellowtail with grapefruit vinaigrette, avocado, and pine nuts. Wine: e11even Graciano Rose 2021.

A really lovely rose. The tuna was a bit overdone, so the fish dish didn't come out as well as it could have. I need to calibrate my tuna cooking (perhaps just taking a torch to it is the way to go).
