Quick easy lunch.

Thankfully Mum is a bit brighter today. Every day is a new day and every day is different. She is 94 and age is really catching up on her. It’s been a busy day so something quick for lunch was on the menu. A friend shared this the other day so we tried it…..delicious! Line a muffin tin with ham, crack in an egg and put grated cheese on top. Bake for 10 mins at 200c. So easy!
