Meditative

I’ve never had any inclination to be so, doing a jigsaw puzzle and wildlife observing are the closest I get. Both require complete attention and focus.
A useful interlude in an otherwise ok day. Attaching labels to goodness knows how many socks was the low point.
Cold and rainy as predicted, and the run was cancelled tonight, I was quite pleased although it would be the first time this year we would be running in daylight.
