What - AGAIN?
Yup, another Hellebore. In fact it's more a case of "Jobs pending". Without Alice, figuratively, breathing down my neck, I'm afraid the garden's "gone to bag-wash".
Aside - anybody source that expression? Seems t'Internet knoweth not; OR if it doth, it's hellish well hidden.
1. If you wanted/needed an example of how lasting a Hellebore flower is, you couldn't get a better one.
2. "Crocmes" and Snowdrops - gone.
3. Two sizes of Daffy starting, not to mention 2-3 Tulips, a "grove" of weeds (Bluebells, snuck in from I know not6 where.)
4. Sedum spectabile just heaving into sight. here
5. Artemisia (Southernwood, or {another Motherism} Sutterenwood) to be given a severe haircut.
6. The odd couple of Scillas &/or Chionodoxa
7. NOT to mention a fleet of Meconopsis Cambrica AKA Welsh Poppies to be kept in check and a mass of weeds to shift.
AND
after all that - I'll admit it stems from lack of inspiration "wudjer blieve"?
