God's Horse

In these shores, caterpillar's are known as God's Horse. Why? I have no idea. But how this chap manged to walk across my back yard in temperatures reaching 27 degrees is a mystery to me. To walk bare foot was difficult. So I was impressed that this furry specimen managed to walk the whole perimeter unscathed. I watched him for half an hour or more, and the heat didn't stop him. Well done, my furry friend (even if Beth didn't like you).
