This Is Home

Lucky for me there were several machines working to shape a new subdivision.  A few months ago it was a paddock now it's the Belvedere Extension and when the home are built they will join the other single story homes marching down the slope.  I talked to a man enjoying the sunshine and watching the activity.  He marvelled at the prices.  $379,000 - $469,000 and then there is the cost of the house.
