A lovely peaceful walk …

….. ….. ….. at the end of the day.

My friend J. & I met at the bottom of Tobins this frosty cold morning and walked uphill fairly briskly to get warm. It was lovely getting out into the sunshine at the top.
It was our first frost, but not too hard yet. There’s still a light fall of snow on the tops so there may be more frosts. I’ve put my lemon tree in the conservatory so it’ll be safe. There are lots of lemons on it and it’s looking great.

I took some library books back late afternoon and then Missy & I had a peaceful wander alongside the river. It was so lovely and green, and smelt fresh too.
