Candelariella
A long walk in the grey, chilly afternoon with spring on halt, this lichen was more or less the only colourful event. The farm-road run besides long rows of stone-walls, gathered a really long time ago. It takes time to form a lichen of this size, quite impressive. When I got home I tried to find the name for it on photo-search on Google but there are too many variations of yellow lichen to tell which one this is. Most likely it belongs to a family of lichen called "Egg-lichen", 13 different subgroups exist in Sweden. But, I don't need to know what it's called to admire it.
The morning was spent rehearsing the S-B Taube concert with the five of us. We're beginning to get the music to sound really well, which is good because we only have four rehearsals more before the concert.
