Helen's Flowers

Helen, who had been looking after Basil while Len came to visit me in hospital, came to visit me on Saturday afternoon with these two bunches of carnations. They're just beginning to bloom and look lovely.

Another rainy day. Philippa was today's carer. I didn't really do anything other than doze, eat and drink, plus study my phone.

Choir practice was cancelled this evening because four members of the choir plus the choir director had tested positive for COVID. Sadly, I'll be missing the next concert anyway.

Baadiya came to clean and brought me a presentation box of chrysanthemums.
