Morning delights

I started work very early but took a break to walk Tia. This local cafe tempted us with a splash of colour on a grey day, and behind the flowers are some yummy looking fresh baked brownies. I resisted, and had coffee and toast. Tia got a sausage!

Then it was back to work, and a house blitz at lunchtime as we had another viewing. Had a nice long chat to Evolybab this eve.
