..my favourite painting at the "Hooks" exhibition by Rosalind Nashashibi at Nottingham Contemporary. 

Also enjoyed the Charlotte Johannesson exhibition in adjoining rooms spanning her journey from weaver, the digital weaving to digital graphics (in a woven style) - extras.

We are very fortunate as they're always free entry (donations welcome) so can just drop in when passing.

Wellbeing
My spasms and ability to speak has worsened over the last week, so have returned to taking my anti-spasm medication after a year or two off. They are soporophic which is no bad thing. Pilates cancelled too as a possible factor.
