Thank you for all your good wishes over this last few days. Today, we made a last minute decision to head home and it was the right one because the trains were empty and there were no hitches.  We now have to go to Plan B for the next week or so which was going to be very busy and we still have a broken car to deal with.

How was my first encounter with COVID? Summed up by me being in no fit state to blip - says it all.
