Notes: Woke early and was nice and cool (and little humidity) so opened up the rest of the windows and went back to bed ... didn't wake up then till after 8a! Out of it and still feeling tired but had my coffee at 9a, totally forgot to do my electrolytes! Went to pool at 1115a for 45 min. Chopped up a head of cabbage and cooked half of it - mixed with some tofu stir-fry and put 2 over easy eggs on top. Am finally growing 2 more trays of sprouts and they're ready to ripen in the light. Walked back over to pool around 4p but didn't stay long, just sat in the shade at south end with my feet in. Quiet night - Wayne and Jo-Ann went to casino.
