Silver Jubilee Bridge, Runcorn

I didn't even know it was called that until today, it has always been the plain old Runcorn bridge to me. Overloaded with traffic but still (in my eyes at least) beautiful. Now I have found my way down to its base I want to return in the dark on a still evening when it is lit to get the reflection shot.

Also (bit slow off the mark me) found out today that they are going to build a new bridge soon, about time really as there is far far too much traffic going over it about 8 times the amount it should take. I think anyone who lives in Warrington will cheer the day as well.

Incidentally the bridge behind is the rail bridge which is apparently a grade 2 listed building, not nearly so nice though
