02 Centre

In Finchley Road. Since the pandemic this place has got really run down. The upstairs venues are all closed. I am in a cafe in the centre of the downstairs lobby. There used to be a Habitat to the right but it closed and now it’s an Aldi which is why I am here. There is a only a cinema upstairs now. There is a Sainsbury and huge parking lot lot at the back. And a Homebase further away. The whole site has been sold and it’s all coming down for tall blocks of flats. There are new blocks of flats nearby that were all bought by Chinese landlords and not for local housing shortages. The people are up in arms.
