The Devil's Punchbowl

I slipped up to Watendlath today for the first time in months - just as I got there it started to rain. Never a bad thing for waterfalls though, so I climbed down to the Devil's Punchbowl - over very slippery rocks - and with the aid of the big stopper (and three exposures - I made this image. It's a merge of the three different exposures (30 sec, 1 min and 2 min) as an HDR, as even in the really overcast light, the contrast range between the bright turbulent water and the dark shadows was far too great for a single exposure to retain detail.
