... and spring into the unknown

That moment when the bird is just airborne, but before it really gets going.  

With the weather closing in and getting very wet and windy as the day progressed Cathy and I took ourselves into Bristol on the Park and Ride to visit the Wildlife Photographer of the Year travelling exhibition at Bristol's M Shed.  I'd seen the vast majority of the images on display on screen, but it is still good to go and get close up to a decent sized print hanging on a wall.

I'm off to Smethwick tomorrow to see the RPS Nature Group's member's exhibition.  It will be interesting to compare the two.
