violet and Celandine

We went for a walk on the Brampton way thinking the paths would be mud free. How wrong we were! It did rain but the sun came out as we got to the cafe and had a lovely lunch. Oscar was so filthy he needed a bath when we got home. 
Chris spotted the violets in amongst the Celandine as we walked along.
