Laundry in the morning and shopping after lunch. It was raining when I set off for Windermere but I’d only gone a few miles when it stopped. Decided to take advantage of the dry spell and detour to Bowness first for a wander and blip. Lucky to get a parking space and glad I’d popped the camera in my backpack.

Despite the cool and damp weather there was a queue for ice cream here in the photo and other sellers were busy too.
