Dinner Time

When I was young I always wished that we had more family dinners because when we did they were beautiful, delicious, and one of the only times we could communicate all together.. I told myself that when I grew up I'd have family dinners each night no matter what, and to this day even when I eat alone I sit at the table, set it, and do not bring electronics (okay, sometimes a Kindle...) to it. Tonight I was reminded of this comfort that I find in a family dinner - the warmth of a home cooked meal mixed with great conversation, wonderful people, and new ideas.
