Pleasantly surprised

Today, being Friday, it was lunch date day and Birgit was back in town after being gone for a couple of weeks.

When I got to the store, I had to wait in the store area as Birgit has a couple of clients in her office with her.

When the door opens, out comes Dr Kittinger & Sandra! It was funny as Sandra recognized me first and I haven’t seen her in years and I’ve seen Dr K recently.

It’s been 27 years now since I worked for Dr K. Time passes so fast. I used to stay at the house with the kids when Dr K & Sandra would go away and those kids are married and have kids of their own now!

Birgit & I had lunch and she gave me a “Wooly Puffin” tea towel and pin from Iceland as well as a chocolate bar.

I put my Easter out in the living room this afternoon.
