Vacation Day 5

Cold and windy with pouring rain late afternoon. After a grueling physical therapy session (only 2 more to go over the course of a month!) I had the most marvelous facial. A vacation gift to myself!

I met a friend for a drink at the golf club, then got dinner to go and the almost-ex and I celebrated signing the divorce papers which we did earlier in the day. Odd, I know, but we’re both so much happier being friends. So a pleasant dinner and now lolling with the kitties in front of a warm fire.

I’ve seen these odd new lupines recently, in full bloom. I need to learn more about them….they’re stubby and short and why are they blooming in March?
