Another exhausting day interviewing in Gateshead; on my way back to the station I spotted this piece of art which I hadn't seen before, under one of the arches out the back of the Sage. I haven't read the half of it yet. She's a big lass and a bonny lass and she likes her beer.....oh, I know who that is, it's Cushie Butterfield!

And speaking of traditional song, what a delight it was to bump into a very dear old friend getting off the train in Waverley!
