A special cake

I went to a very special birthday celebration at Ashton Gate Stadium to celebrate the 40th Birthday of Bristol After Stroke . It's a charity that takes care of people who have had Strokes and when they leave hospital.

They do wonderful work and  five of its clients told us about their experiences After Stroke.

Not many people realise Stroke is the 4th largest cause of death in the UK!

The presentation was so interesting this was the only picture I thought to take.
