Last Day!

And two of our trustees are delighted as they hand out some of the last few leaflets in front of the Town Hall. The Crowdfunder has ramped up dramatically in the last few days, as the Crowdfunder organisation predicted it would. Last Sunday our total was a little over £16K and by Wednesday it was a few pounds off £17K but since then we have come on in leaps and bounds. As I write we are less than £200 off our target of £25K which I don't think any of us thought we might reach at the start of the week. We were out at the market as well, selling the last of the Food Map books as well as promoting the Crowdfunder. It was a busy day in Porty as there was also a Makers' Market at the Wash House and a Timebank Fundraiser in the Baptist Church Hall in the afternoon - which I managed to get some photos of (extras) - and gardening projects at Joppa and Mount Lodge, which I didn't get to.
