Travelling Day (EB)

An 'interesting' journey back from Whitby!
We were hoping for a view into the Hole of Horcum - a geological feature up on the North Yorkshire Moors, but, as my blip shows, it was a touch misty!  Two missed turnings when I was not paying proper attention to Ms Garmin, so we came down the A1 past Newark and Leicester. Not a route I would choose if I have to go that way again :-)

Serious rain most of the way back (everywhere south of Pickering) and we had a message to say our neighbours had disturbed burglars at 00:30, possibly after their car keys, but they damaged their conservatory door and woke them up with the noise.

Various bits and pieces now draped around our conservatory drying out.
