This is a sheet my mate uses to try and get guys to unlock their feelings - he's an unpaid counsellor for the police, and so many of them are suffering terribly due to the appalling conditions they work under.

The concept that the Police Forces look after their staff is utter nonsense. They are hammered from all sides, and he hears some awful stories about the carnage of their lives.
