Puffins at Plémont

Returning to yoga after a few week's away was fun, in a kind of - what was it we did - spinning locust - kind of way! I felt neither supple, nor fluid, nor balanced, but it was a good laugh :)

Took Tia out in the car to a gorgeous spot on the north west coast of Jersey. The tide was high so we couldn't access the beach but extras show what a glorious seascape it is. Main blip is an art installation of two Puffins (it's actually very large) on the heath above the cliffs where rare and protected Puffin colonies breed each year.  

Plenty of fresh air and sea views today!
