A sunny day. I managed to get up at a reasonable time, fed the birds and then studied for my photography course before heading out for a short walk. The rook’s nests are now well established in the trees above the bay. There were a few paddle boarders out on the water and a new floating platform for sea swimmers has appeared. It definitely feels like spring now and the island is gearing up for visitors. The painting on the Town Hall looked colourful in the sunshine , but could do with a refresh as some of the paint is flaking here and there.
