Eat your greens.
Sunday = rugby day and long run day. I didn’t make the rugby tournament because it finished earlier than expected. My plan was to run en route and make my way there afterwards, but I wouldn’t have made the final match.
Sunny but windy today - better than originally forecast.
The remainder of the day involved shopping, laundry, and reading my book. I’m currently preparing dinner, with plenty of greens and protein for recovery.
