Orzo

This weekend just seems to have whirled past without much happening. A log delivery today made a backbreaking morning and after a late lunch not much else happened. We sat in the conservatory in the sun - at last a spring like day but the garden is still a bog.
Levant is my recipe book of the moment, and this orzo recipe was lovely.
