Bruised

My arm has been hurting since I had the Cardio thing. They must have lifted me whilst I was out cold.. The colours are really starting to show and it's also hot N swollen indicating a bleed. Will ring the Centre tomorrow to get their opinion.

Mum cam over to check on both of us. C very tired because the carer had her out bed early.. I had a chat about various things. The thing is she doesn't know anything.. Previously there would be something written down. Unfortunately I don't know everything as the carers did it..
I'm a bit upset really. It's not the current carers fault its the company at fault who haven't briefed her properly...
