Hide & seek, walking

This is Lucy playing hide and seek in the morning in my nextdoor neighbours garden stalking the birds, first time I seen her there.

Dogs needed out so I took them for a walk as I could let them of their leads. I ended up at the top of Aros, was not my intention if I'm honest as I was not having another good day with severe backpain. I am glad I did as it was a nice day but dull and quite warm.

Got home then I felt it all but I need to keep moving as I cannot sit in the house especially when we have good days. We are so short on places to let dogs of leads as there is usually sheep or cattle around or even building work so it was Aros or no walk which is quite sad
