At the Heronry

Had a lovely day to myself today after my morning with Shelly and conversations on the way over to my condo with the new neighbors and a friend's son-in-law. I finished my art assignment and then decided to check out the herons. I invited Shelly to come with me but he was in the middle of something so I went on my own. I drove down which was a good thing since it rained at the end of my visit. Several of the herons were sitting on the structures at the water treatment plant. But soon they flew over and I was able to catch some photos.
