My neighbour

My neighbour can often be found on her front verandah enjoying the sun and reading. To add to the relaxation she puts her feet up on the second chair. We had a chat and she granted me permission to take her photo. I often take photos that I do not post but I think the setting is lovely and the sunlight is shining far more than predicted.

It rained for a good part of the morning and more rain is predicted although the blue sky is not indicating such.

I finished ‘The Dutch House’ referred to in a post a few days ago. I would recommend the book. The author Ann Patchett is an amazing writer. It motivates me to read a second book by her,
