Seed planting continues

I finished planting my tomato seeds. As seed planting pictures are still boring, the other thing that I did today was to make some bread. You can see the end result, and I am amazed that it wasn’t a complete disaster. I use my bread maker for the mixing and first proving. I forgot about it. When I remembered, fortunately as the yeast is a bit under active I got away with it. Then I kneaded it for a second time and put it in a tin to rise… and forgot about it again. Fortunately I remembered it when it was starting to rise over the edges and quickly finished it off and baked it. Phew. Note to self… must pay more attention. :-)
Late addition. It tastes good too… with some of the jam I made for the spring show.
