Farewell cake

I had offered to make a farewell cake for a colleague at the Family Store who is retiring today.

He’s not actually 85 yrs old, but the cheeky young colleague that works with him, always introduced Alex as “not bad for 85”!!! Hence the writing on the cake.

Jon got a lot of his packing done today, it’s moving day tomorrow. My goodness, this is actually happening.
