Sitting and watching

I tested negative for Covid yesterday, which was a big relief, but then in the afternoon I experienced some pain from an area of my lower back that has been a niggly ache for a while.  So I wasn't feeling very flexible and quite restricted when it came to taking a photo for blip. So I sat on the seat near the back door and the goldfinches ignored me in their quest for niger seed.  Not really the right lens for the job, but that probably also reflects the fact that I'm struggling with Blipfoto at the moment.

For my own records, the day also marks my withdrawal from The Gamma photo group.  I could say a lot, but not here.

 (My pain seems to be back to being an ache this morning.)
