Sourdough 2nd attempt

Pleased with this one. Thanks to the help and advice from fellow blipper Mima in New Zealand.
Your wheat bag tip worked really well.
Day off work, sun was shining, dog walk with my sister in lanhydrock woods, then lunch outside in the sunshine.
She bought me a herb plant called Gynostemma pentaphyllum from china and Korea. Used as a herbal tea it's supposed to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, strengthen immunity and inhibit cancer growth. Fingers crossed ;-)
