Hindscarth From Newlands Valley

A fabulous day, Deb & I set off fairly early and walked the Newlands Horseshoe - adding 5 Wainwright's to my total. Really silly season - started with many layers on, hats & gloves, ended in a T-shirt and zipped off legs. Managed 10.5 miles and over 3000 feet of altitude. The first half of the walk was almost totally deserted - just us and the hills, Catbells, however was insane!
