The short term lodger has arrived

R’s wall clock has been delivered following repair by a clock restorer in Lincoln. It’s on our wall at present and ticking away merrily. It chimes on the hour, day and night, so I’m not sure what B will think of that news. I will probably sleep through, totally unaware. We will take it over to her when we next visit Uttoxeter.
