Signs of life ...

These tulips have suddenly come to life, much to my surprise. Last year they were late to get going and, given the long spell of fairly awful weather we've had, I suppose I expected more of the same this year. However, it's been a glorious Spring day here today and a taste of sunshine has clearly worked some magic!
