Mono Monday: Communications

A theme of 'Communication' from Jensphotos for Mono Monday, to commemorate the anniversary of the first mobile phone call in 1973, and the launch of the Pony Express in 1860.  No mobile phones were needed for this example of communication; only whistles and hand gestures.  The driver blew his whistle as he approached me, I raised my hand to confirm I was aware of him, and you can just see him waving back to acknowledge my wave.

Of course, the train itself is a method of communication although in this case, it's more about the enjoyment of a ride on the North Norfolk Railway.
